This past weekend we celebrated Christmas again, this time with Jeritt's side. Our wonderful hosts, Uncle Jeff and Aunt Kristin, entertained us all at their beautiful new home. We had a great weekend, and Jack finally met the rest of his family. On Friday, we met Aunt Jill, Ava, and Reid at the Kohl Children's Museum. We took Ella for the first time a year ago and have been back once since, and it's amazing how much more she understands and appreciates each time we've visited. All three of the kids loved it! Much to Ella's delight, we opened more presents on Saturday morning (she's getting really good at it), and then the kids and some of the adults went sledding in the afternoon. After a big, delicious meal, we called it a night and took our energizer bunny home. Two full days of non-stop play and fun wore her out, and she's pooped today. As for Jack, Papa Al discovered via many snuggling sessions, that our little guy likes having his feet rubbed, and if possible, it relaxes him even more. Yes, our main man is still proving to be a great baby, and this week he'll turn one month old!
