Maeve the Mountain Goat

After yet another absolutely gorgeous week of fall weather, which included lots of parks, a picnic, and hardly any outerwear, we've officially entered winter. With the change in temperature, we ended up staying home most of the weekend and making the most of our downtime by decorating for Christmas. Maeve also used the last few days to practice her skills as a mountain goat. She's literally climbing everything she can. The girl has no fear, and is actually pretty agile. No steps yet, but she's keeping us very busy!

My shopping duo!

"Hey guys, do I have something on my face?"

Ella drew this picture of her teacher's aide as a gift. I wonder what she thought of the forehead wrinkles.

Maeve finished her own lunch and started sniffing around Jack's.

We can't keep her off this chair. Her favorite thing is to stand on it.

Our little elves! And yes, we pretty much stayed in pajamas all weekend.

More climbing...

More mountain goating...
