Summer Camp

Last summer, Ella attended a week-long camp at the Field Museum, Shedd Aquarium, and Adler Planetarium. She loved it, so we signed her up again for this summer. Each day she spent time at the different museums and learned some pretty cool stuff. She said it was "amazing," and we're glad she enjoyed it so much. On Friday night we caught the movie in the park. It was actually playing outside Ella's school, so we also got to see a bunch of school friends. We played with our cousins, Jace and Finley, on Saturday morning, and that evening, Abbie and Eric watched the kids so that Jeritt and I could attend a concert with friends.

I took Jack and Maeve to Dunkin Donuts one morning while Ella was at camp. The s'mores donut is delicious.

He made his own garbage truck to dump trash.

She loves yogurt, and has to do it by herself. But she's confused as to where her mouth is located.

Baby girl bumped her head during one of her wild adventures.

Jack and I enjoyed a "day date" by ourselves one afternoon. He chose to go to a splash pad.

And Sweet Mandy B's for dessert, of course.

Ella had an "amazing" (as she described it) week of museum camp with her friend, Quinn.

Waiting for the movie to start.

Movie in the park!

A morning of playing with cousins.

Jeritt and I enjoyed a fun night out to the Jimmy Buffet concert with friends.

Maeve and Finley snuggling.

Another future pianist.

Science experiments during a birthday party.

It was Josephine's birthday, so Dad made chocolate chip cookies.
