Santa, Nutcracker, Holiday Party, oh my.

Another enjoyable and busy week in Chicago.  On Tuesday night, Jeritt and I went to Ella's first grade showcase.  It was really nice.  They began the night with a musical about different cultures and ended with food from different regions.  In the middle, we looked at Ella's collage on her heritage and made a family tree. On Thursday, we make a trek back to Ella's school for the annual holiday fair and then on Saturday morning, we visited with Santa!  All three kids did great.  On Saturday night, Jeritt and I hosted the 10th Annual Bushaw Holiday Party.   On Sunday, Ella and I attended the Nutcracker Ballet.  It was amazing.

While we are gone, Jack and Maeve get to play with Abbie and Eric.
