It's another big post, including pics from our weekend trip to Iowa. The weather was great, allowing us a trip to the river, time on the farm, and watching Ava play softball. It was such a fun weekend, now we just have two days of school for Ella, then summer is finally here!!
Fashionista.
We can't keep this kid out of a tree these days.

During a shopping trip, Jack tried to convince me to buy him some new friends:)

Jack, Ella, and I volunteered at a nature preserve. It was raining, but we still had fun!

Jack completed five projects, so he earned his first pin!

The whole crew.

Uncle Sam sent Jack some train gear from one of his clients. Jack loved it, of course!

Maeve's last day of gymnastics.

She got a medal! Which she promptly lost at the park.

Maeve was very excited to have Jack join her during class.

Despite her face, she loved her teacher, Miss Anna.

These kids are desperate for water.

First splash pad of the season.

We got to see Ava play softball, we're so proud of her! And the hot night called for ice cream.

Maeve needs to work on her ice cream-eating skills.

A trip to the river!

Snuggle time with Grandpa Al.

Ready for a Gator ride!

Jack enjoyed exploring Grandpa's garage.

Grilling with Grandpa.

Cousin picnic.

A trip to the farm, and a ride in the barn swing for Maeve.

Ella fell in love with this cat and begged to bring it home.

Four-wheeler rides with Uncle Don.

Ella reading us a story she wrote on the drive home about a little girl who gets a cat because she's so lonely. Hmm... this sounds familiar....

Pics from last weekend's play date with Finley and Jace.

These two crack each other up!
