This past week, one of my oldest and dearest friends, Allison, came to visit us with her nearly 18-month-old son, Everett. You might recall that about 18 months ago, Ella and I took our first flight together to visit Allison and a newborn Ev in Kansas. Now, it was their turn to come here. It had been nine months since we last saw each other, so they met Jack for the first time, and experienced the chaotic life with two little ones that they will soon enjoy come November. We had a great visit, and can't wait to see them again! In other news, Jack finally has a tooth! We've been assuming he was working on one for a while, but now it's finally visible. It's altered his usually 'chill' attitude a bit, but we'll cut him a little slack:)
