First of all, my apologies for the delay. However, it's with good reason. Jeritt and I left on Friday for Colorado, where we attended a wedding in the Rockies of Estes Park. It was my good friend, Sara (who I moved to Chicago with nearly 10 years ago), that got married, and it was gorgeous! We had a great time, and so did the kids, who stayed at home with Grandma and Papa C. They drove out on Thursday night and just left this afternoon. Ella and Jack did really well, and it was so much fun to wake up and see their smiling faces this morning. Crazy how a weekend away can really make you want to come home!

Jack seems to like the tunnel as much as Ella did at this age.

Shockingly enough, she wasn't crazy about this cupcake flavor.

But there is no such thing as bad frosting:)

Grandma and Papa come to take babysit, and suddenly she naps for the first time in six months?!

Papa C. and Ella reading books at bed time.

Papa C. feeding Jack some dinner.

Grandma C. and Ella reading books at the library.

Enjoying some pizza.

A haircut for Ella!

Yes, I caved, and finally let Ella (and Moo Cow) ride in the car grocery cart at the store.

Jeritt and me at the mountain wedding.

We had some time before our flight on Sunday, so we drove through Rocky Mountain National Park. The views, wildlife, wow!
