Halloween is officially over, and I'm glad. It was a week filled with sugar, and because I've managed to pass on my sweet tooth to Ella, we both overdid it on the candy. Super Hero Ella saved the day a few more times, and we ended the celebration with a rainy, yet fun, night of trick-or-treating. Over the weekend, our good friends, Nic and Savannah, came to visit. We had a great time with them, especially when we were honored to witness Nic propose to Savannah during a trip to Millennium Park on Saturday! It was an amazing moment, and we were honored to be a part of it! Finally, Jack is now less than a month away from turning the big 0-1! He's been standing on his own a lot, and we're guessing he'll be walking by his birthday. P.S., in case you didn't see them, I posted a few videos from this week below this post.
