Today is the first day of spring, and while it may be only 40 degrees, we're excited that a new season is upon us. This week we celebrated St. Patrick's Day and dyed Easter eggs, and this weekend we enjoyed a much-needed relaxing few days at home together. Jack is making more progress into the "big boy" world, finally letting go of his dependency on the potty seat and starting to undress/dress himself. We're proud of his recent independence, and so is he! He and Ella began a new session of swimming lessons, and both were very brave on the first day. Maeve continues to be the such a sweet, good baby. She's "talking" to us often, and loves to hear her own screeching voice; we think she's already figured out that she's going to have to be loud to get attention over her big brother and sister. I found videos of Ella at the same age, and her little voice was identical to Maeve's.

| And squeeze her... |
| Maeve has been waking me up a lot during the night, but it's hard to be mad at her when she greets you like this! |

| She found her toes! |

| Ella got a hair cut. |

| Fishing in the basement. |
| This girl is obsessed with leprechauns. |
| Checking out the mess the leprechauns made. Of course, Jack just started eating the spilled Lucky Charms. |
| Green cream cheese on our morning bagels. |
| The pants may be on backwards, but at least he put them on by himself! |
| Getting ready for their swimming lessons. |
| Jack hasn't been the biggest fan of the water, so we were so proud of him for being so brave at his first independent swimming lesson! |
| He was still a little nervous, but made progress already! |

| Coloring Easter eggs. |
