Last Friday was Ella's six-month appointment (a couple of weeks late), and other than the dreaded vaccine shots, all went well. She weighs 17 pounds, 5 ounces (50th percentile) and is 27 1/2 inches long (90th percentile). This past week we enjoyed a lot of time with Aunt Erin and her host sister, Beth, who was visiting from England. Wednesday evening our friends Matt and Lindsay joined us for dinner. And on Saturday Jeritt finally received his Father's Day gift - a golf outing with his classmates and a post-golf BBQ at our house. Despite the extreme heat and a resulting power outage, we had a great week!
