What a weekend... Grandma V. (or 'Nee-Ma' as Reid calls her!), Aunt Jill, and cousins Ava and Reid came to visit on Friday, and we enjoyed a walk through the Lincoln Park Zoo with Uncle Jeff, and dinner with Aunt Kristin and her parents that evening. On Saturday we played at the park and walked around the neighborhood, dining on pizza and ice cream. Ella sure loves her cousins! She was in such a great mood while they were here, and we had so much fun playing, eating, and just hanging out. On Sunday morning we left bright and early for our friends' (Gavin and Korin) wedding in Cincinnati. It was another long car ride for Ella, but despite the lack of napping, she was a trooper through the wedding ceremony and reception. We got on the road again early today, and have spent our time at home relaxing and napping - even Ella took a snooze:) Finally, we capped off our long, jam-packed weekend with our first rooftop grill-out of the summer.
