Jack and Ella have truly become best friends. Consequently, they declared Brownie and Pony as best friends and the four of them played together Saturday morning. Ella and Jack also decided that they would like to sleep in the same bed one night last week. As we tucked them in Ella's twin bed, she said, "I don't need any of my stuffed animals, I am going to snuggle Jack." Then poor Jack realized what a human tornado his sister is in her sleep and retreated to his own bed halfway through the night. Still, it was pretty sweet to see them snuggled together. They truly are great buddies, and we can't wait to see Maeve join the fun. Speaking of little sister, Maeve recently found her "voice," and will imitate our voices when we coo at her. She's also doing a great job of sleeping in her crib, with some great stretches of sleep now and then. She's such a good baby!

| Sometimes its painful to watch Jack get himself dressed. If you can't tell, he put his shirt on like pants. |

| Abbie and Eric came to visit the week of Christmas, and below are the photos Abbie took during our time together. We sure miss seeing them so often, but love their visits! |
