Three Amigos!

With Liz and Maeve out of town most of the week, it was just the Three Amigos. We survived, barely.  Ella had a rough week. She went to the hospital on Friday night and received 2 staples in the back of her head for a small cut. On Saturday, she was so excited to watch the Lion King that she slipped on the floor and hit her face on the floor (small bloody nose ensued). That said, it was a fun-filled week. We took a trip to Chuck E Cheese, Ella's favorite pizza restaurant, the Field Museum, soccer, and of course Starbucks.  We actually went on a bike/scooter ride given the decent weather on Sunday.

Ella made her own waffle.  Honey, Cinnamon, Butter and Blueberries.  

Jack was very, very excited to use the shopping cart.   This shopping trip ended with me chasing after Jack and then subsequently sliding across the floor. 

Pizza night!

Pizza night ended with a trip to the emergency room.  Ella hit her head on the steps and had to get 2 staples.  She was incredibly tough and didn't even cry.

Ella is very proud of her tattoo.  The tattoo was a gift from the nurses who said that Ella was the one of the best patients they have ever had.
