Cat Scratch Fever

After a long week of cool temps and rain, the weekend brought more of the same. We enjoyed some fun cousin time on Saturday, when Uncle Jeff, Aunt Kristin, Jace, and Finley came to visit. And after weeks of anticipation, Ella finally got to see where she'll be attending kindergarten in the fall. Sunday morning was the registration, and she met the principal and both kindergarten teachers. We also got to check out the classrooms and playground, and I have a feeling we'll need to start a countdown to kindergarten, as she's very excited about it! We ended the weekend with dinner at Uncle Martin and Aunt Erin's, where the kids proceeded to chase their "cousin" Arlene around the apartment. We left with full bellies and only a couple of cat scratches, so it was definitely a good night:)

Ella and Maeve started a band.

Maeve laughing at her big sister.

Finally getting outside after many days of rain.

Trying to figure out how to get that truck.

Posing for a portrait by Ella.

Maeve is pretty impressed with the portrait.
Picnic at the park, and Maeve is starting to reach for her siblings' things.

She looks huge!

Maeve's move when she wants to reach something.
A tired boy.

Maeve and Finley having some girl talk.

Girl time!

Uncle Jeritt and Jace.

Aunt Kristin and Maeve.

I predict a concert pianist here. He's so interested, and even knows how to play it gently!

Someone put a wig on Maeve...

I love his laugh.

Planting flowers last weekend.

Watching our pizzas being made at dinner with friends.
For the first time ever, Jack asked to hold Maeve. It was a great moment.

Playing at the park.
Me, Martin, and our babies.
